We can’t wait to welcome you to the beautiful penthouse of the Hotel Ambassador, where the event will kick off with a welcome toast.

We’ll start with a theoretical part, explaining how butter is made, its main characteristics, and the techniques to achieve a perfect product.

Then it’s time to get hands-on and transform cream into artisanal butter! You’ll have a wide selection of spices and ingredients to mix and match as you like, creating your perfect combination. You can shape your butter in fun and creative ways and take your creations home.
