Come visit us at Butteria and enjoy a unique, hands-on experience: discover the art of handmade butter, experiment with original flavors, and create your own personalized butter to take home. The event will begin with a welcome aperitif, where guests will be greeted with a selection of finger foods.
We will then move on to a theoretical introduction, explaining how butter is made, its main characteristics, and the techniques used to achieve a perfect product.
Next, it will be time to get hands-on and transform cream into artisanal butter! You’ll have a wide selection of spices and ingredients to mix and match as you like, creating your perfect combination. You can shape your butter in fun and creative ways and take your creations home.
